Prairieland Park is now accepting applications from exhibitors whose offerings align with the event themes of Gardenscape.
Please note: Once accepted, this application serves as your contract. Please read this carefully.
Exhibitor Application
All submissions will be reviewed by our Selection Committee. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for deposits and fees sent to the email address provided.
Important Notes:
- Event maps, booth locations, setup instructions, and additional details will be provided only after all fees and deposits have been paid in full.
- Show Management reserves the right to adjust the event layout as needed.
- All maps and layouts are managed exclusively by Prairieland Park. To ensure the best possible guest experience, vendor placement is determined by our team, and we are unable to accommodate individual location requests.
Please read our exhibitor criteria. Exhibitors are expected to adhere to these criteria.
Booth Information:
Booth size is ten feet (10′) wide by ten feet (10′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and ten feet (10′) wide per booth and is green in colour. Side drape is coloured white at three feet (3′) tall and ten feet (10′) deep and is provided where possible in each booth.
Exhibitor Types & Booth Costs:
Exhibitors:
Exhibitors that sell products or services fitting the Gardenscape theme, including, but not limited to, Contracted Services (Lawn/Garden/Landscaping/Fence/Deck Painting), Hydroponic Gardening, Fencing/Decking, Fire Pits/Patio Heaters/Barbecues/Grills/Smokers, Green Energy Products, Hardscapes (ex. Bricks/Block/Stone), Horticulture Books/Magazine/Media/Print, Live Plants/Seeds/Garden Centre/Accessories, Mowers/Tractors/Tools, Outdoor Accessories/Décor/Yard Art/Lighting, Outdoor Living/Lawn & Garden Furniture/Spas, Sask Made Food, Sunrooms/Solariums/Greenhouses etc.
Returning Exhibitors are vendors that have exhibited at Gardenscape at any time between 2019-2025.
Crafter’s Corner:
Vendors that sell handmade original products that they produced themselves and fit the Gardenscape theme. Crafter’s Corner can include nature themed artwork, sculpture, crafts, handmade décor or horticultural themed items. A limit of two booths maximum per Crafter exhibitor. Prairieland Park reserves the right to ask for proof of process if products don’t seem handmade or original. 3D printed products will not be considered for the Crafter’s Corner, vendors will have to apply as a regular exhibitor. Crafter’s Corner booths are in limited supply, once filled, vendors will have to apply as a regular exhibitor.
Societies & Associations:
Society and Association rates are available, please contact the Trade Show and Exhibits Coordinator directly for rates. Societies must be volunteer-run non-profits with no paid staff to qualify for these rates with the purpose to promote memberships and programming. Sales are limited to memberships, otherwise a 15% commission applies.

Cancellation Policy:
Booth fees may be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by January 30, 2026. No refunds will be paid on cancellations past January 30, 2026, or for no-shows. Saskatoon Prairieland Park reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if, in its opinion, the terms and conditions of this license agreement are not being observed.
Sign Hanging Service:
Please be aware that any exhibitor signs or banners hung from the ceiling, must be hung by Prairieland staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.
Internet Access / Cellular Coverage:
A complimentary Unsecured Wireless Network, for exhibitors only, will be provided with your booth ($125 value). For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated Hard-Wired Service can be ordered. Please be aware that our network is SaskTel based and POS machines running on other networks may experience interference or connectivity issues.
Electrical Services:
All locations are provided complimentary access to one (1) standard 15amp/120 volt receptacle per booth utilized. Gardenscape does not provide electrical cabling of any kind. If additional electrical services are required, they can be provided at a cost. Fees for additional power are invoiced upon approval of location.
Display Services:
The Gardenscape Show does not provide tables or chairs with your location. If you require any tables, chairs, or other display items they can be rented through the official supplier, Handy Special Events. Contact information will be forwarded upon approval of location.
Water/Sewer Services:
The Gardenscape Show does not provide food grade hoses, fittings, or adapters. Fees for filling and draining hot tubs will apply. Portable sinks and temporary grey water storage are available to rent, please contact the Trade Show and Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.
Liability Insurance:
Exhibitors selling food products and/or offering food sampling are subject to an inspection from the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Prairieland Park and the Gardenscape Show require all Concessionaires and Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to a minimum limit of five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
