The Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Backyard Living Show is scheduled for
March 28-30, 2025

EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

All applications will be reviewed by the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Committee. All applications must fit our exhibitor criteria. Upon acceptance you will receive a confirmation and an invoice to the email address you provided, full payment will be required to process your confirmation. Further confirmation material will be forwarded to all confirmed exhibitors via email once full payment is received.

– This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
– Booth space will not be fully confirmed until full payment is received.
– Show management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation.
– Bulk booth space will be given priority.

Please read our exhibitor criteria. Exhibitors are expected to adhere to these criteria.

Booth Information:

Booth size is ten feet (10′) wide by ten feet (10′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and ten feet (10′) wide per booth and is green in colour. Side drape is coloured white at three feet (3′) tall and ten feet (10′) deep, and is provided where possible in each booth.

Booth Cost:

Cancellation Policy:

Booth fees may be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by January 30, 2025. No refunds will be paid on cancellations past January 30, 2025, or for no-shows. Saskatoon Prairieland Park reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if, in its opinion, the terms and conditions of this license agreement are not being observed.

Sign Hanging Service:

Please be aware that any exhibitor signs or banners hung from the ceiling, must be hung by Prairieland staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.

Internet Access / Cellular Coverage:

A complimentary Unsecured Wireless Network, for exhibitors only, will be provided with your booth ($125 value). For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated Hard-Wired Service can be ordered. Please be aware that if you are operating a Rogers Network based debit/credit card machine you will experience difficulties as our cellular service is SaskTel based.

Electrical Services:

All locations are provided complimentary access to one (1) standard 15amp/120 volt receptacle per booth utilized. The Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Show does not provide electrical cabling of any kind. If additional electrical services are required, they can be provided at a cost. Fees for additional power are invoiced upon approval of location.

Display Services:

The Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Show does not provide tables or chairs with your location. If you require any tables, chairs, or other display items they can be rented through the official supplier, Handy Special Events. Contact information will be forwarded upon approval of location.

Water/Sewer Services:

The Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Show does not provide food grade hoses, fittings, or adapters. Fees for filling and draining hot tubs will apply. Portable sinks and temporary grey water storage are available to rent, please contact the Trade Show and Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.

Liability Insurance:

Prairieland Park and the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Show require all Concessionaires and Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to a minimum limit of five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
